Krzysztof Stencel received the MSc and PhD degrees in computer science from the University of Warsaw, Poland, and the DSc degree in computer engineering from the Institute of Institute of Computer Science, Polish Academy of Sciences. He currently is a full professor with the University of Warsaw, Poland. He has published papers in databases and software engineering. He spent one year (2012–2013) as a visiting professor with Google.
