Abstract: In two decades of the Mining Software Repositories (MSR) conference, we have mined various data sources and tackled numerous problems using innovative approaches and techniques. This talk reflects on the evolving MSR research landscape and envisions its trajectory by focusing on its three constants: data, problem, and purpose.
Bio: The speaker is an Assistant Professor in Software Engineering at the University of Groningen. She has experience investigating issues pertinent to the software industry and society. Her research is grounded in empirical evidence and often involves collaborations with academic and industry partners in the Netherlands and globally.
